Vaca the neighbor and victim
Police said that Vaca’s attempt to end the argument was his only involvement in the couple’s affairs.
Vaca’s Facebook page indicates that he got married about three weeks ago and that he and his wife, Alma, were expecting a child.
“She’s going to be a girl,” Nestor Martinez Vaca, the victim’s cousin, told the newspaper. ”They were happily married and he was an amazing person, always happy and trying to make people smile, a good student and an amazing son.”
“We as a family are devastated,” he said.
Moreno-Torres was charged with two counts of homicide and one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
