A 19-year-old Florida woman Carmen Chamblee,  has been arrested after she attempted to get revenge on her ex-boyfriend by setting fire to his car. However, she set the wrong car ablaze.

“I have no idea who she is,” former automobile owner Thomas Jennings told a local TV station. Jennings greeted by the sight of his burning car when he came out of his residence at the urging of his alarmed roommate.
“I’ve never seen her in my life,” he said.
Chamblee allegedly stuck a rag in the car’s gas tank and set it on fire. She may have also used a flammable liquid as accelerant for the arson to the white Honda Civic.
Witnesses told investigators she left the scene on a bicycle. A couple of days later, police released video of a woman with a purse slung over her arm feeding the flames.Carmen Chamberlee sets car ablaze2.jpg

Thankfully, a surveillance camera outside the man’s home caught the Florida woman in the act. Police said they identified her as Chamblee, leading to her arrest Saturday morning by the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office.

Last week a $5,000 reward was posted for information leading to the arrest of whoever destroyed Thomas Jennings’ car. Chamberlee was subsequently arrested and charged with second-degree arson. As of Saturday afternoon, Chamblee was being held in Pinellas County Jail. Records indicate she had not made bail
